PSPGen is a french site. The domain name has been registered in France and is, in consequence, governed by the french law. So the following rules are applicable there .

Following the PSP underground's development, we know the downgrade is within range of everybody [almost]. This excellent news comes unfortunately with several annoyances.
Indeed, even if we give "magic files" to our members, we accept a part of responsibilities of their use.
Here are some basic rules you must respect regarding this site :

You download an ISO/CSO and you don't own the original :
It's illegal everywhere in the world, risks go from penalty to jail (even if you are a minor).

You make a dump of one of your UMD to obtain the ISO :
You can do it, you take advantage of your property's right. However, if you get rid of the UMD (by selling it for example), you MUST NOT keep the ISO !

You still own the UMD but it's broken, and you made a save (ISO) :
You did the right thing ! If you keep the UMD, you can keep the ISO.

Your original game is lost but you still have the ISO :
If you can't prove you are the owner of the original, you make an illegal act.

You own an UMD and you don't know how to make a dump :
Too bad ! Downloading an ISO/CSO, even if you're owning the original is an illegal act ! You must do it by yourself (which explain repression of the messages with an illegal content).

PSPGen accept no responsibility as for the way you use the available files. If underground is legal, stealing is not. Everyone who distributes illegal information on this site or it's Chat will be sanctionned.
