in which format are games from Playstation Store? aren't they like be uploaded and sent to others to download??

playstation store's games are eboot.pbp format, and these games have one licence by user

what if these eboot would be edited somehow hmm maybe hex editor to change the limit to unlimited? wouldn't be possible?

When you download a game from PSN, it can be redownloaded I think as many times as you want. However, it can only be on a few consoles. If you have a friend who has the game and you want it, ask for their credentials so you can download the game as well. I think the max is 5 consoles or something similar.
