Message Issue with Disgaea 2 Dark Hero Days
All right :/ I bought Disgaea 2 Dark Hero days from the PSN store and tried to play it with my current CFW but it was 5.00 M33 which didn't work obviously so i updated directly to 5.50 GEN-D3 Final. Now this is the weird part. When playing the game I played the first level and watched the intro etc. and it worked fine. But when i went to the second level the game froze.

If you have ever played Disgaea or Makai kingdom etc. before then you know how the level thing works and well... it doesn't load the 2nd level.

It just goes to a black screen after I select it and the orange Memory stick light flashes constantly... it just stays that way and I have to quit game to fix it. I can go back and play the 1st stage as much as I want though.

I know its not the ISO (its from PSN ... duh?) So the only other thing could be the cfw.

Disabled your plugins and go "format flash1 and reset settings".

If it freeze again, then go to 5.50GEN-D (just install it with the xgen of the 5.50GEN-D) and 5.50GEN-D2 (patch).

Thank you for your extremely speedy response. I posted that before i went to work so i just got back to read it. I'm sorry but none of your ideas worked :/ (I turned off all plugins and formatted flash1 and reset settings but that didn't work so I went back to 5.50 GEN-D and updated to D2 and tried but it didn't work again. It made my save corrupt so I made a new one and the first level worked but the 2nd one didn't just like before. I tried reformatting flash 1 and resetting the settings again but didn't work either. Any other Ideas would be very helpful.

Basically it still doesn't work.
