I bought a PSP 3000 yesterday, and I find that the system is the official 6.30. Therefore, I cannot run ISO games. Is there anything new for the cracking process of 6.30? If not, what should I do to downgrade my system or some else operations so as to run ISO games ? Thanks!

No way to install a custom firmware on a PSP3000.
But you can run a HEN (Homebrew Enabler), that allows you to launch homebrews, and associated with the ISO loader, you'll be able to launch ISOs :

Just upgrade your PSP in 6.35 by downloading it on this page and then download this and put it into your MS.

Noo, Davee develops a downgrader 6.31 -> 6.20, if you update to 6.35 you will wait for another downgrader

It's not possible to run games with OFW not yet.
But if you downgrade to 5.03 you might be able to run.
Also make sure you have a legal UMD Copy of these games.
