Well the best place to learn something about hardware is google search
and key words.

EG:

PSP Hardware tutorials and mods and so.

Modding sites for psp hardware and such.

Our Team has posted news for PSP Mods you try searching there or use google.

is it possible to create a ''cpu config file'' in flash0 with lua and OFW ?

Accessing flash can make many things to the firmware of your psp.
Depending on the psp mother board different things can be made.

I think if you can write there a file like that that can be used by the system

You must have an application that loads this CFG file .

It's the same way the games are being made.

Files are stored and programs search to load these files with correct path.
