Wait, seriously? All of my save files are corrupted because of the firmware. Are you saying I have to do that with every one I want? That's insane.

Why can't yoshi just make a fix for it? Or does it not happen to everyone?

If you have too many save corrupted, return to 5.50GEN-D2 (xgen to 5.50GEN-D and patch with D2).

http://www.pspgen.com/custom-firmware-5 ... 474-1.html
http://www.pspgen.com/custom-firmware-5 ... 526-1.html

Use the D3 only if you want to play last game.

how to stay on gen-d2 or b2 and play new games like avatar and naruto....extract the peagasus.prx from d3 (flash0)...and put it in the seplugins folder...open (or create) the game.txt file and add inside this line : ms0:/seplugins/peagasus.prx....and add the ultimate vsh menu(easy to enter in recovery)...when you want to play avatar or naruto just enter in recovery and activate peagasus.prx plugin (enabled)...ok!now u can play the new games on d2 or b2...because d3 have some bugs...(the plugin is not compatible with cwcheat freeze game and psp shutdown...if u want play avatar disable cwcheat plugin...all works fine.

@malaky

The "save fix" you linked (from a MaxConsole Forums post) worked like a charm. Now I can play FFTactics on GEN-D3 :-)

Hey, yeah, that doesn't work. At least, I can't understand what you're saying, and that's complicating things. I put the line ms0:/seplugins/peagasus.prx and it reads it as peagasus. [GAME]

Hey thanks for the tip man :D

I have rolled back to 5.50 GEN-D2, because D3 broke the loading of some of my old ISO- like SEGA Rally.

Of course you can :)

( Even though, since I bricked the last time I tried to downgrade this way, I'd rather use Xgen Pandora )

It works, but use the XGEN for 5.50GEN-D because D2 is just a patch.
